The Lightning BLR was produced by Miroku of Japan, for Browning, according to the serial number of this rifle it was produced in 1997. This BLR features a short action, aluminum receiver, and a 22” barrel. This rifle is in great condition, the fit and finish are outstanding. The walnut stocks are in fine condition with a beautiful glossy factory finish and sharp, deep cut checkering. It is free of any handling marks or scratches and it has a factory Browning recoil pad. The gloss blue finish on the receiver and barrel is deep and spotless with no defects. The correct 4-shot detachable magazine is also included. Just a real nice, quick handling lever gun.
