These Terms govern access to and use of GunYard, operated by One World Media Pty Ltd ABN: 67 658 647 619 trading as "Gun Yard". By using GunYard, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and Compliance
Users must comply with all applicable Australian Commonwealth and State/Territory firearms laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring your listings, transactions, licences, permits, and conduct are lawful in your jurisdiction.
Marketplace Role
GunYard is a platform provider and is not a party to transactions between users. We do not guarantee quality, legality, safety, or availability of listed items and services.
Accounts and Content
You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and must not upload misleading, unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
Fees and Payments
Certain features may require payment (such as memberships, listing upgrades, or bump products). Fees are shown at checkout and may change over time. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, remove content, or terminate accounts where required for legal compliance, user safety, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, or platform integrity.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GunYard disclaims indirect and consequential loss. Our liability is limited to the remedies available under Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
